- Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time to be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour time are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused services.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- ArabX Safari reserves the right to reschedule tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
Cancellations by ArabX Safari
- In rare cases where a tour is canceled by ArabX Safari due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or safety issues), customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of tour time
- Failure to arrive at the pickup location on time
- Voluntary early departure from the tour
- Violation of safety rules or tour guidelines
