Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment confirmation or official booking acknowledgment from ArabX Safari.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal and booking details at the time of reservation.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices include only the services mentioned in the booking package.
  • Payment methods include cash, card (additional charges may apply), or account deposit.
  • ArabX Safari reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice; confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation terms vary depending on the tour or service booked.
  • Any applicable refund will be processed according to the specific tour policy.
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns), ArabX Safari reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours.

Tour Operations & Safety

  • Safety is our top priority. Customers must follow all instructions provided by guides and staff.
  • ArabX Safari reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with safety guidelines.
  • Participation in desert safari, dune bashing, buggy, and quad bike activities is at the customer’s own risk.

Health & Fitness Requirements

  • Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, back problems, or serious medical issues are advised not to participate in dune bashing or adventure activities.
  • Customers are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions prior to booking.

Pickup & Timing

  • Pickup and drop-off times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or operational reasons.
  • Customers must be ready at the designated pickup location on time. Delays may result in cancellation without refund.

Child Policy

  • Child pricing and age limits vary by tour and activity.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of children at all times.

Photography & Media

  • ArabX Safari may capture photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes.
  • By participating in our tours, customers grant permission for such media usage unless stated otherwise in writing.

Liability Disclaimer

  • ArabX Safari is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
  • Customers participate in all activities voluntarily and accept full responsibility for any associated risks.

Force Majeure

ArabX Safari shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, weather conditions, or technical issues.

Amendments to Terms

ArabX Safari reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
